Razzle readers wives is still going and you can still buy the paper version, I've always wanted K. to do it and she sometimes thinks about it but she won't commit  |

Way back when I was much younger we had one published in Esco*t and twice in Razzle. I was then invited to do a shoot with the Razzle photographer which was great and the hubby has one of the pics taken framed on the bedroom wall. |

With the resurgence of vinyl and even cassette tape it’s inevitable that the hipsters will reclaim porn mags for the true retro-wank experience. The internet is so 2012 and is it really porn if you didn’t find it stuffed in a hedge? |

I was speaking to the owner of a local convenience shop last night and he told me Razzle is still available. He said the decline of sales stopped them stocking it but he has a couple of customers he takes it in for as in any specialist magazine that is not mainstream. |

When I was around 13/15 ish I think the couple opposite who were in there late 40’s I suppose she was a lumpy lady but always in stockings suspenders either under skirts or thin trousers when out the front gardening odd couple but one month she was in fiesta readers wives all kitted up posing. The magazine went round the whole estate at least twice ?? |

A nurse friend of mine was in reader's wives. After it was published she bought a handful of them to work and showed them round in an effort to get people talking with her about it rather than behind her back. It worked and it was accepted as if shed had a knitting pattern published..

They are still real as far as I can tell. I see a fair few mags at the local corner shop. Kind of amazing considering the internet but I guess some still get a thrill from buying them. |

Razzel , fiesta, and a few others managed to reach centre pages a few times of readers wives , all were 25 plus years ago , had lots of letters from readers ( still got the mags /letters ) met our first swinging couple from a letter as well .

Back in the day i spent many a happy hour looking through the readers wives buying 3 mags a month, the elderly woman at the news agents where i bought them always said things like 'don't wear it out laddy'.. 'back again would you like some tissues with them' she seemed quite the open minded granny every young lad likes..
like doing readers wife photoshoots to this day. |
