Douche until the water runs clear. If it doesn't run clear then you're probably not ready for anal. If it's something you really want to do then tweak your diet to firm up your poo! Also obvious maybe but don't even bother trying if you haven't had a good clear out that day already. |

Get one of the shower attachment type douches, but don't leave it in your bum for very long.
Can take a while if you're eating larger meals regularly. Also when you think you've finished and ready, insert a butt plug. That will find anything still lurking.
