Married without a wedding ring?

How common is it for someone to be married but have no wedding ring?

Married couples of fab - do you have wedding rings? (not necessarily wearing one, just owning one)

Random question I know, but recently I feel like I’ve been messaged by a lot of people pretending to be married

My wife doesn't wear hers, it can't be enlarged due to the design and her fingers swelled up after kids. But, she doesn't need a ring. I wear mine for both of us.

We both wear ours but I know lots of people who don’t (mainly men with manual jobs).

My ex husband never wore one, wouldn’t say lack of a ring meant an awful lot

We love wearing our wedding rings, especially when playing with others either together or separately.. it’s a visual indicator that you’re committed to someone but fucking another. Just hot to us. Don’t know why lol.

I find it hot too tbh. Which is why it comes up in conversation.

I can understand a lot of people owning a ring but not wearing one. However, I’m getting a majority of people (mainly men) who say they don’t own one at all and I find it very suspicious. Can’t tell if people are lying to try and get in my pants…

Never had one but then again I did a lot of sailing.

If you want to see something horrific then look up "De-Gloving".

It may change your mind and if it doesn't it will make you go "eeerrrrrr"

I (male) own one but haven’t worn for years. If you are playing a sport where it can get caught then there is a danger of losing a finger which is why it’s sitting in a drawer. Still married though. lol

Wife wears hers 24hr a day. Mine rarely goes on, find rings uncomfortable, that’s my only reason for not wearing one.

I wear mine all the time along with my engagement ring.

He doesn't have one - he doesn't wear any jewellery at all ever.

Personal choice for us both

I've not worn my wedding ring for about 10 years. It's intricately etched and it was being damaged by the work I do. So I stopped wearing it.

Beard does have a wedding ring but it’s now too big and as it’s titanium we can’t get it resized. I wear mine unless I’m gardening or baking as I’m scared of loosing it. It was my grandmother’s so to me it’s irreplaceable.

L has a wedding ring but only really wears it for special occasion.

M doesn't have a ring as he really dislikes the feeling of rings.

We are married but I’ve never had a ring, I’m a mechanic and I’ve seen a few degloved fingers so that’s why I choose not too, plus the heat inductors at work heat metal up very quickly!

I never wore mine when I was married due to having a physical job and I also don’t like wearing jewellery. My ex wore his 24/7.

We both wear ours constantly. They are never removed even though we do manual work. We both wouldn't feel right not wearing it. It's a sign of love and commitment and we are proud to wear our rings.
