Speaking to a couple with no pics at all on their profile and they asked for a pic, I said there was loads on my profile and explained about privacy and getting to know someone first before I’d send a face pic but asked if they had any general body pics so I could see what they looked like.
They weren’t happy and refused so I just deleted them

100% correct if you want a pic then send one and ask for one in return. We are all here for the same thing, even if it turns out you knew the person we are all here for a specific reason so who cares. |

My filters block all those with no public pics. But even if they didn't I don't send face pics early in a conversation and if someone asks me for one I would expect them to send theirs first. But there is no way I would send a face pic to anyone who has made no effort with their own profile . |

If they didn’t have any, they’re arrogantly assuming you, as a single guy, will be desperate and just send pics for the sake of it. They’re not playing fair so I think you did the right thing.
We don’t waste time with people who won’t show themselves to a degree either. For us, swinging is a visual experience as much as a physical one. We can’t do anything with someone we don’t have an attraction to. That’s different per person but we would never waste time with a silhouette and empty profile member. |

We don’t want people to jump through hoops to meet us. We like to find like-minded people.
If it’s all going wrong in terms of with-holding sending pics of themselves, when we’ve got over 200 of us to view then it’s clear it’s not going to go well.
This isn’t blind date…we like to see others and don’t want any awkward conversations finding out someone isn’t for us in RL.

I was wondering who made first contact?
If them then I'd be surprised anyone ever responded. Nobody 'shops' without the vaguest idea of what the goods look like.
If the OP? Maybe messaging a blank profile isn't the best way to seek company when there are plenty of well constructed profiles with decent photos.

I talked to them (only a couple of messages) as they were new and everyone starts somewhere but I don’t send pics out for collectors anymore |
