I've had the same done to me, so can empathise with what you're going through. Time will heal but I'd also add, don't carry any hurt into the next relationship (and you will have them despite what you think/feel at the moment) |

Well there's nothing quite like getting over someone by getting it on with someone.
The instant gratification and being wanted helps.
Longer term it's a pain because time is the greatest healer. Days go by now and I don't think of her so that's a win.
Eventually it will be weeks and months etc.
