How do some women keep such hard erect nipples when they go out and wear no bra? Its absolutely so sexy, my FB has tried this but more often her nipples go soft unless its freezing outside lol.

Probably pierced. Or sometimes when women have breastfed babies their nipples are larger and appear erect when they're actually not

Mine are always hard but they’re pierced which is definitely the reason why ! I’ve also breastfed as mentioned by an earlier poster but that don’t really change them x
