1st time poster on forums
Be gentle
I realise the law regarding sex in public and public nudity.
I have done sex in cars and was always wary of being caught right until the action started and then I get lost in the lust etc.
I would love to do outdoor sex in large vans or trucks as then I would not be so exposed to being caught.
Basically my question is the legal side to sex outdoors even when your in a place you can't actually be seen.

Not sure about vans
but I know in a truck cab, provided all the doors are locked and the curtains are drawn there is very little the authorities can do
if you get an awkward bugger tho he could always make it known to the truckers transport manager and make it difficult for him that way
many companies don't allow drivers to have non company employees in the cab with them for insurance purposes (or at least that's the excuse they use) |

Had fun in the cab a few times at night, even met my other half the 1st time when she came to meet me while I was parked up for the night.many years ago had fun at Bristol docks whilst I was been loaded,drew the curtains and climbed in the bunk with the girl I was seeing at the time, much to the amusement of the forklift drivers lol. |

we have fun all over the place in our campervan often in beach carparks and im sure some passers by know whats going on, but doors locked curtains closed who cares what others think |

Were you in a van/car with curtains drawn so that you could not be seen from the outside?
My Nissan Elgrand has curtains all round so no way to be seen..we have had sex in it a few times (leather seats fold in to a bed lol)...I'd be amazed if we could be prosecuted tbh...how could it be proven what you are doing?
Any chance of a link to this new law?

I just have to say that I think that people being prosecuted for shagging in a car or truck in a remote area is ridiculous. Fair enough don't do it outside a school in daylight but why should the police hunt down easy prey who aren't harming anyone by having a bonk in their back seat. To actually see a sexual act one would have to get really up close to a car and I think its THEY who should be prosecuted for intrusion of privacy. Bloody prudes and boy scouts ruining things for everyone. "But I'm walking my dog along this secluded path at 3am" go walk your dog elsewhere if you know its
a place people go to shag or walk him in the daytime!
I've never been dogging but I think that doggers are tax payers too and there should be designated areas for it |
