I don’t know whether this has just been muddled up given the ‘thicc’ movement, which really is just muscular with, I dunno, 15-20% body fat. Which then merged with people saying celebs with a decent shape but some extra fat had a dad bod but essentially they weren’t fat at all. And then a fatter dad bod thinks they’re the same but actually they’re just fat. So I don’t think what people are saying is a dad bod is in fact a a dad bod unfortunately. |

Some girls find guys with dad bods more approachable than ripped guys because the girls don't feel so pressured to have perfect bods to match the chiselled bods of the guys they're with.
Works the same way too if you swapped roles. I know I'd always be a bit self conscious of my own bod if I'm with a girl who's like size 4 or below with an hourglass shape to boot. But the key to still being confident round them is just to suppress that insecurity and self consciousness by remembering that it's them as a whole package (bods and personalities) that matters, and they'd want you to see them in such a light too. |

Muscly toned guys have never done it for me, I find “dad bods” that are just cuddly and natural very sexy indeed. I’m nuts about J and his body, and he gives the best cuddles too…
