I love the Rookery, which has the most outrageous bed I've ever seen. And the Library Suite at Blake's. Outside London, The House of Correction rooms at Oxford's Malmaison, in the (barely) converted prison. But perhaps my favourite ever is the Amy Johnson room on Burgh Island.

Not a hotel as such but you can rent what is a house with a big four poster bed then in the other part it's a fully quipped bondage dungeon with six swings an all sorts
