PAs are ok, my ex had a PA and they feel great when having sex, however and im sorry to bring the dreaded condoms up but lol obviously i didnt use them with the hubby so that was fine, but you put a condom on a PA and you cant feel it at all, the condom holds it flat to the skin so you really cant tell its there, as for bjs.....they just get in the way |

Not keen on genital piercings,on males or females,they always seem to get in the way for oral.
Also wary of them regarding condoms.
Nipple piercings prevent being able to give them a nice suck too.

I've had a PA for a long time and "stretched" it myself (the sexual pain was amazing for a couple of minutes!)
I did get upto 10mm(thick)at one time, its now back to a more manageable 5mm.
