I'd have absolutely no issues with safe sex penetration. I'll be honest and say I'd decline to give oral with a condom on though. So, it'd probably just be a case of skipping that bit and/or up to them if it bothered them or not |

Even condoms aren't 100% protection against certain sti. Genital warts and herpes being two. |
