I have been told by loads of men that it’s weird that hubby enjoys the thought of other guys fucking me but if I was to fuck guys without him knowing that would be a normal healthy relationship. It’s a joke! We have been happily married for 18 years so they can keep their opinions to themselves.

Well, depending on which studies you believe monogamy isn't really in human nature. It's something that we've been institutionalised to follow. If true, I'd argue that swingers are more "normal" than "normals"!  |

The species of homosapiens from an evolutionary point of view were designed to chase its food kill it ear it, sleep, mate, sleep and start the process again. Our stomachs were designed never to be full were we designed not to sleep for long periods.

To me sex can be a recreational experience like going to the pub, it's just an enjoyable way to spend some time, it can be great for taking your mind off things
I don't associate emotions and sex although obviously they are sometimes intertwined
I feel sorry for anyone that can't disassociate the two, I feel like they are missing out on a whole world of pleasure |

When you spend a lot of time in the company of swingers (eg at a swingers' resort) then you tend to lose track of what normal is.
