I suspect very strongly that my first husband was cheating on me. He lied so much about everything that I genuinely don't know. By the time I realised I'd long since left him and felt complete indifference and somewhat daft for not realising at the time. |

I bet loads of cheating goes on in here and plenty wanting to cheat.
I don’t get it really, if your not happy, leave. Personally I wouldn’t like my partner to cheat on me, so I wouldn’t do it to her.
I suspected an ex cheating on me years ago and left, I assumed her next partner was who she was cheating with. I regularly went around while he was at work (he conveniently worked nights) so if she was cheating on him with me, there is no reason why she wouldn’t cheat on me. |

I have been cheated on and cheated myself.
It always came to light from the subconscious behave for either party.
Yeah, I felt like shit when I was cheated on. But when I cheated, I mentally knew it was over hand didn’t care. I was just too chicken at the time to end things.
When I was cheated on, I was mortified. But, took it on the chin and ended things. When I did the cheating, I never said anything. But, I looked for reasons to stay in the relationship pragmatically. If it didn’t make sense anymore, I cut the rope and walked out of the relationship. The fall out didn’t matter as I didn’t care about the person at all during that point. I had dealt with it alone, what they did with themselves was up to them.

True story
Ex gf of 6 years who I was in love with deeply at the time and shared a house with and made plans for children and marriage.
My then best friend who I helped with cash food and fought for in his hour of need.
Those 2 decided to play a game of smile to my face and hook up behind my back. Fuck it hurt so bad at the time but now I'm just glad they are out of my life  |

My ex wife. Made 100 times worse when they proceed to gaslight you and try to convince you to reasonable extent you've gone mad. It hurts, a lot and messes with your head. However that is history, you learn, you grow and you more forward to where you need to be and with the who you need to be with. I am engaged to the most wonderful woman who is my everything. Sometimes beautiful things grow out of the fire. |

Never cheated but I have been cheated on, only found out 6 months later after we broke up when they announced their engagement! She said they were just good friends, Annoying thing is she was one of two ladies I was dating at the time and i chose her, wish I had chosen the other now as now know we were more suited, a decision I regret even to this day and its been nearly 20 years ago! Didn't even have sex with her and was together 4 months, it is true nice guys finish last  |

I found my ex husband’s profile on a well known site like this, after he left it as his ‘most visited site’ and entered the password he used for everything…
I never got to the bottom of whether he met anyone or not. He did lots of shit stuff like that and eventually he cheated and left. I looked after myself, was fun, loved sex, was always open minded, spoke to him about our sex life.
I’m glad he went, but my God - there are better, more respectful ways of ditching someone who cared about you for ten years  |

Oh yes. My last relationship and itl be the last relationship. Throws the trust you have for people closest to you. It makes you doubt yourself and others around you. When you throw everything you have into a relationship and put their feelings before yours. You take care of children that aren't yours like they are your own and you end up really with the ultimate betrayal. There isn't really any hope in hell of wanting to do it all again. |

I would imagine that there would be a lot of people on here who have been cheated on x it's nice to see a couple who have met on here still together for a good while x i think that most couples end up splitting up because some of them have got fuck buddies and end up going behind each other's backs when they get that overwhelming urge kinda thing xx  |
