Technically not ghosting as that's when you're already in am emotional relationship with someone.
Yes, people get bored or change their minds, find out that you're not both on the same page and stop messaging. Yes it's not nice, could even be described as a little rude but, heyho, it's normal just something to shrug your shoulders to and carry on! |

After a bit of messaging sometimes it just ain’t working so you say fare well and good luck and get called a time wasting fat c***.
Easier after a while to just delete and block although we know it’s rude. |

I’d guess that most of us have experienced something similar.
I consider myself lucky that they vanish before arranging a meet and not after. I’ve not been ‘stood up’ although I see on the forums this is quite common |

I wouldn't consider that ghosting. Ghosting to me is someone who doesn't show up for a meet.
Someone just stopping chatting just means they lost interest or something was said they didn't like so they stopped chatting. There is usually a reason why people decide to not take a chat any farther. |

I don't think that's ghosting in itself,I've had it happen to me in the past
Maybe they've lost interest or got a better offer ,or life just got busy.
I just pop a private note on their profile so I know that they've chatted and then gone quiet ,for future . |

Wouldn't call it ghosting if you've exchanged a few messages and then get no reply. I've had it done to me and do it myself if I feel it's not going anywhere.
I was seeing someone for about 2 weeks, lots of sex and things was going great until she blocked me on everything, turns out she got back with her ex. I considered that ghosted lol |

sometimes wish people would look up the terms they use far too may use the terms for getting nowhere ghosting catfishing and other term are all terms for reasons ..not getting anywhere is not one of them |

To be honest we have done it recently but not on purpose.
Sometimes real life throws you a curve ball and you just don’t log in for a couple of months. Your sight supporter status expires and you loose all your messages. |

Thing is, we'll be having a great conversation and the guy will say one thing which will instantly turn us off (in a non sexual way).
We have zero patience or reason to give the benefit of doubt, we have a long list of guys who want to play so we'll ditch anyone at the slightest hint of being not what we want.
The difference for guys is that they'll (rightly so) tolerate so much. |

Yep the women winks at me, we will message for a little while then nothing a month or so goes by and she will wink again the same women dose the exact same to mine and my wifes couples profile I find it amusing more than anything |

Would never class it as ghosting, it's just a lot easier on this site to not reply or as the abuse you can get when you try to explain you're not interested anymore
