I don't think there are any actual swinging hotels in london
If you just want to be naked there are a few naturist hotels across the country (a Google search will help you) but to my knowledge one of those allow any kind of sexual activity in public spaces - there are a couple of swinging clubs that have hotels attached I believe one maybe near Birmingham which might be worth a look
The forums seem to be awash today with people wanting to flash someone (not saying that's what you mean by exhibitionism) while I totally get the idea is a turn on the reality is no one should be flashing anyone without prior consent, they'd be an uproar if it was guys posting where the best place for me to do and flash some women
But if I wanted to get that thrill without the risk of offending anyone I'd look for a hotel room with large windows overlooking the street and ask for a high room so I still get the buzz that someone might see me but the reality is they probably can't unless they've got superhero vision |

The newer village hotels often have floor to ceiling windows and the Leeds South is situated in such a way if on certain floor level the room is level with the main road/pavement. Met a few ladies in there and never closed the blinds and in fact fucked against the window. Great times |
