I think the best piece of advice we were ever given was Stop worrying what other people think. Just be yourself. What was the best piece of advice you were ever given about swinging ?

The best bit of advice I give is that over half a couples profiles are single men and be wary of some female profiles as well.

The next is don't overthink it just enjoy having a happy normal sex life.
