THIS! People are free to play how they want to play but don’t do one thing and claim another. I do oral unprotected which carries a risk but a risk that is much lower than penetrative sex so I’d like to minimise the chances of me catching something by only playing with guys who don’t play bareback.
No play is 100% safe but people being honest would lower the risk! |

I would imagine everyone female and male would prefer sex without a condom, the health risk is one thing and that will naturally be a consideration for both when deciding how they want sex. For me birth control is the biggest factor and that’s where the women can be far more confident of not getting pregnant as she knows her own protection. A guy on the other hand has no idea if there is thorough protection in place. |

I don’t see how it’s FABs responsibility to educate consenting adults on basic sex education. For me its just one of the many things that gets discussed prior to meeting as I take responsibility for my own health. There’s different people for everyone and all tastes. |

It's extremely easy to avoid STDs - just stop having sex! Anything else has a variable amount of risk depending on your practices and your partners. There is no such thing as 0% risk - you could be in a monogamous relationship with an unfaithful partner without your knowledge.
It is up to everyone to decide what risk they are comfortable. If you have multiple partners, regular iCASH testing is a good idea - it is free and the NHS doesn't care if you are a swinger, they just want to keep you safe. |

No filters on status updates is a blessing, in this case as you can see that there is a potential risk - in your eyes - locally, so you can avoid.

On PrEP and get tested regularly, and only been unfortunate to have caught Chlamydia from activity at Club and took 7# days meds. and waited a whole two months until tested again and rec’d the all clear.
Only sure way is to not have sex, since the risk of catching STI’s/STD’s is always present if unlucky (with or without condom)...
Each to own, simply enjoy and pass by others that don’t meet your liking...

If people take precautions in the hope to keep themselves safe, whilst at the same time trying to value not only their health but a good time.
Be that sexual or even driving on the roads.
Damn right they'll judge others that they feel take less precautions and therefore step to the risk factor.
Be it fact or fiction that risks are higher.

Let me add, I've not expressed my viewpoint on this, only how it's fair to be judged.

Once upon a time, any conversation on this matter would be jumped on with the majority standing against bareback.
Now we use terms like 'kink shaming', 'snowflakes' and the likes to try to silence people from expressing an opinion we don't want to see/read/hear.
Any advocate of bareback, by all means say so, maybe express why you feel it's fine.

Who knows if it’s ok? Not my gig I have to say but the op poses a question as to why she should be able to read or be subjected to the requirements (Read Fantasy) of others.
Being on a recreational sex site there is a chance there maybe others with requirements that maybe out side the comfort zone of others.

i think if there was a way to get a accurate % on safer sex or bare sex i this the swinging world would be shocked i believe bareback would be a very hi majority bearing in mind 90%/95% of swingers dont use the forums or go to clubs they meet in private

As long as its consensual and all parties know what they're doing it's nobody's right to get so aggressive, vocal about it. I do porn also and we get tested after every meet. Never had an issue and all we've met keep clean too.we're already on a pretty deviant site so gatekeeping kinks is a no from me. |
