Are young (ie under 25) single men only on Fab because they can't find a girlfriend in the real world? Or do they genuinely want to swing? How many would really meet a couple? |

I'm not sure where age comes in to it but I suspect that a lot of single men are on here in search of sex rather than any great desire to swing. But I also suspect that is true of a lot of single females.
But then define swing? Does it have to involve couples?
And at the end of the day does it really matter? |

Does it matter if men who meet TV/TS still think they are straight? Does it matter if some bareback and some don't? Does it matter if men think it's rude they get no replies to their messages? Does it matter if people on Fab can't spell? Not really. It's called chat ....... |

I can honestly say that had I joined a site like this in my early twenties I probably would have looked at it as more of a 'no strings sex site' than anything else - unlike now, when having a little more life experience I see it as something different - a means of meeting up with people with the same attitude to sex and fun, the banter of the forums, the shared knowledge and experiences - and a far more interesting set of experiences under my belt than just one off, nameless, soul-less hook ups!
But that's just me. I'm sure some are here for the right reasons just as many probably aren't! |

I was in my earlier twenties when I first came here, I was looking to try some different things that I was perhaps a bit embarrassed or ashamed to ask girls that I met at uni, people talk! 
I've learnt so much about swinging since I've joined though, I'm not even sure I knew what it was before!  |

I started on AFF when I was about 25 and I've only met couples there. At first it was just to meet people you know are sexually more open but after meeting a couple I never wanted anything else.
And now I'm stuck here.  |

I started swinging in my early twenties after being curious about it for a while, first few meets were with couples, as always liked meeting new sexual partners and having variety. Never had a problem meeting women in bars or having long term girlfriends and got married.
I would think other under 25's are able to do both, being a swinger doesn't mean you cant have meaningful relationships in the vanilla world i would say. As having dipped in and out of this "lifestyle" have found many do that too. |

I just wouldnt generalize or assume...
its like me saying the following:-
couples swing to save their marriage
the male halfs bully female halves into having sex with other women , really on a selfish level
Mr cant get it up
Mrs was cheated on by Mr, so now cucks him as revenge
..................................
and I know the thread was aimed at young single men ..what of young single women?-cant they find a shag elsewhere?

As the single male account of a guy who's also on here as a couple, I personally wouldn't be on here if I was single.
I'd keep in touch with swinging friends and perhaps go to clubs with them for fun every now and again but I don't think it's healthy to rely on a website for any kind of relationship, emotional or sexual.
For the record though, I'd be just as happy meeting couples as I would be meeting single women as long as the other guy was secure with the situation. Twice as much conversation is good. An ego war isn't. Luckily, most guys on here are really nice |
