My experience is that many people have a view of what mixed race is and if you don’t fit that particular narrow view of what mixed race is, then you are accused of all sorts. I’ve been told ‘your not mixed race’, ‘why aren’t you black’. I’m happy with who I am and my heritage and proud of it, it’s just sad that quite a lot of people are very basic in how varied ‘mixed race’ can be. |

. Oh really? I usually get mistaken for Indian or Pakistani! But I don’t think anyone has accused me of not being mixed. |

Yeah I don’t mind people being curious, as I always am, but it is the accusatory tone largely established by their own narrow outlook. I’m white english, East African and south Asian mix (not East African south Asian). |

I think the black man/white woman combo is more common, but I think that’s just because there are proportionately fewer black women on the scene. There are definitely interracial parties where black women are very popular.
Some are definitely all about the men though, you’re right. |

I think the black man/white woman combo is more common, but I think that’s just because there are proportionately fewer black women on the scene. There are definitely interracial parties where black women are very popular.
Some are definitely all about the men though, you’re right. "

I guess that is hard to comment on without inadvertently offending someone but I do love mixed race people .
Personally I love diversity and people that grab my attention. I have to admit that I love different skins tones and mixed race ladies have such beautiful skin tones.

On the same hand, I'm part Asian, part English, and part Irish (believe it or not), but quite a few people mistake me for Afro-Caribbean! |

I have no problem at all with a persons age, race or skin colour, as long as they are clean, mantain good standard of hygiene thats fine by me |
