More and more we are seeing some pretty horrendous photos being posted on pics.
Surely people prefer sexy to close up anatomical shots and tbh some should only be seen on educational sexual health sites!

Sexy should leave something for the imagination in my opinion.
There's nothing sexy about a picture that's so close up it's basically a biology lesson, it should always be less is more |

while many pics in hot photos aren’t for me they clearly have a large audience! You’ll never see me posting a used pussy pic or a gaping hole, really isn’t my style! |

Whilst people are free to post what they like there's definitely a section of people who post close ups when they should be visiting a GP or the Gum Clinic.
Only yesterday a photo of a cock was sent to our inbox where it clear it was in the middle of a herpes breakout across the Bell end and foreskin. We didn't reply as we don't like to offended but part of me thought there has to be a way to respectfully response where you can direct them to the help they need. We have seen cock pictures with extreme pearly penile papules growths the size of genital warts aswell. It makes me think do people not care about themselves or is it a lack of sexual health education somewhere along the line?
Not sure why anyone would post a picture of an anal prolapse but you get all sorts on here.
