Newcastle and Gateshead

For example… are you going to clubs less often?

With everything going on and increases in energy prices I do wonder if costs of for example entry to clubs will go up, just because their overheads are going through the roof… but r heaven forbid some close

The gravelly bit next to the shed

Probably the only thing to keep us warm in January will be a big squidgy duvet session.

I think wet clubs will be affected first with the increased costs of heating their pools

Yes. We had given up on meeting and we were just going to clubs but that has changed now. We’ll still go to clubs but not as often.

I'm thinking of saying yes to more men so I can stay warm in their places and turn my heating down.

If they offer tea I'll take a flask to fill before I leave, and shower with their electric and gas.

I will try extra hard to get meets, if only to cuddle for warmth!

My husband and I have only just started going out on a regular basis after not really going anywhere without kids for the last 13 years but unfortunately it will now probably put an end to us swinging and being social because of having to pay a babysitter

Did spot people in the changing rooms at libs sneaking vodka into their drinks on Friday. We thought well it's tough times and the drink prices aren't cheap, but it will be tough times for clubs as well. Their bills will be going through the roof.

In answer to your question, yes we will still go to clubs but less likely to stay overnight in hotels nearby.

No, it hasn't affected us going to clubs at all. Some clubs are take your own alcohol and work out to be no more expensive than a night in a vanilla bar.

Probably the opposite I would say it’s kind of like a human heat pump. I’m here for sex. I’m here to keep warm

I'm probably less likely to travel further .... due to cost of petrol and maybe hotels.

But I'm lucky enough to have Cupids on my doorstep and another club opening up soon too.

(Also partners and Adam and eves too if I fancied)

As a single fem I get in free or usually cheap 5/10... so I don't mind that for a night out.

Not yet, but I am starting to think I’ll be more mindful in future.

I only club.

My closest club is 2 hours away, only driveable not train and hotel required every time. Minimum £120 before an outfit and spends for the night x

Wrecken every business will be affected by the cost of living, so prices will have to go up. We have a perfect storm of Putin & Climate change, plus maybe the after effects of Covid and Brexit.

Most definitely travel will.... it has already affected a few things..

My car got written off just before the Manchester social...and normally I'd have just taken one of the other cars... but couldn't afford it fuel wise ( other cars are not daily drives)

I find club are a cheap and fun night out if compared to a vanilla evening out or a hotel meet.

Single guy's will suffer but..

North fife

In theory meets will be localised and cold.

Also with income pressure will that affect lingerie and make up sales, the increasing price of condoms too

Not a rosy outlook sadly

Next Door

I usually attend clubs and stay over but due too cutting back on things the staying over will be rare.

I would say most clubs will have less numbers and entrance prices/drinks will probably increase.

I think private parties will become more popular.

Yes as the last time I took myself to a club it cost me £90 in taxis alone I have asked for a lift if someone in my area is going & pay petrol money but they expect sex off you as well so I would rather go on my terms even if it means twice a year because there is no way in hell would I fuck someone just to get to a club I honestly don't know what some think I am
