Has anyone else found that you can't really have hotel meets anymore, especially when having a social beforehand?
The last few hotels we've stayed at, by the time we've had a couple of drinks and decide to head back to our room, there's a guy there checking names and rooms. We've had this in different hotels in different cities |

Not a meet as such... But last time I met up with a good friend less than 4mth ago. He'd just booked the room as standard, and I just rocked up knowing the room number? I mean there was no issue... And to be fair two rooms down there was a hen party going on, so lots of different fem voices/door opening, closing happening. Not that it bothered us at all! But clearly lots of very noisy women in one room when at the most only 2 were booked in |

Whenever I’ve stayed in a hotel
I’ve always tried checking whose nearby to see if someone is staying in the same hotel then see if we can communicate and take things further
Although I’ve met someone in a bar knowing that I’ve got a room booked and take things from there… if attraction and communication align we’d take things further |
