There's a woman in my work is always wearing an anklet. I don't know if she's conscious of the potential meaning so I'm wondering how do I bring this up or is there any rules to wearing one that would confirm she's doing it on purpose |

Tbh I'm just more curious to know if it's for fashion or not. Definitely don't want to start something like that in work
"The likelihood of her wearing it as a sign of something is fairly low, the likelihood of her wanting you to approach her at work even lower. I'd recommend doing nothing "

Anklets are worn for some many reasons…not all sexual.
I think some people mix FAB up with RL and come to a sexual conclusion all the time.
C has two anklets - one say ‘I can and therefore I will’ or something along those lines and the other is a symbol of my name I call her in certain situations…neither of them are worn in the hope that some guy can start being sexual towards her.
Comment on how nice it looks if you mean it…don’t make it sleazy.

I chatted a girl up many moons ago in a pub who was wearing an anklet.
It was funny, because most of the ones I'd ever seen before were dainty little gold ones and hers was big, black and chunky - almost box shaped.
We were having a great time and I thought my luck was in. Then I nipped to the loo and when I came out she was gone! 
The barman said two policemen came in and took her away.
Never saw her again. Wonder what happened to her?

The way to ask is with a cheeky smile on your face and a laugh in your voice and say "oh is that once of those hotwife ankle bracelets I see " and laugh as if your joking . Check her reaction because if it is she will let you know some way and if its not she will just think you were having a laugh |

The only potential meaning is that she likes wearing an ankle bracelet. It's about time guys stopped reading come-on messages from the clothes and jewelry that women wear. Anklets, short skirts, low cut blouses are not messages that women want to be hit on, or worse. |

Mrs came out of a shop yesterday as I was sat having a pint in the sun with the dog. She then put her foot on the chair and put on the 2 anklets she'd just bought. They look lovely and I showed her this thread last night as she has no idea |

Mrs has been wearing an anklet for a while.
I commented I like it, that it shows she's naughty or such words and she had no idea what I was talking about.
Eventually asked me what I mean, I had to explain.
We are swingers and she had no idea, wasn't wearing it to attract.
We have discussed the possibility of her on occasion wearing an anklet, bravely or necklace with HW on there.
An anklet is likely to be worn for fashion purposes, if they're actively looking, I imagine it's likely to have obvious signs, like HW, hotwife, two male, one female sign. Etc. |

I see so many women wearing anklets here these days. Either it's just a fashion thing or there is a rampant rise in swinging culture. I guess it's the former.
P.S Almost all Indian women in conservative households wear anklets. Pretty sure they aren't into swinging |

There’s no idea to have…anklets are worn by women as they like them. Exactly for the reason your partner bought them.
Try to make them into something else is like saying every woman who wears a low cut top wants guys to come on to them!
The only time I’d think they were for sexual purposes is in a club and the woman was wearing a HW anklet…then the discussion of the anklet wouldn’t feel out of place.
