just wondering what other people views are on this, having been accused of having something to hide just because i've not got any facepics up (and i think being a "single male") personally i verify though hotmail and phone and never had a problem till now .i think i,ve just been hit by the overenthusiastic swinging police  |

You put what you want on your profile and if anyone questions that tell them to politely go fuck themselves.

some put a face pic on and some dont for various reasons , the way i see it is that once you put a face pic on theres no turning back
in the future you may wish to join a religious order or become an MP and that face pic might come back to haunt you  |

my face is kind of on hear. and our pic verication is of our faces. its just im so scared been new of family coming on hear. im not bothered too much if they see me its the more revealing pics i am more bothered about lol  |

lots of prrofiles with no pics or no face pics asking for face pics. Who knows who these people are and how it could be a problem. Happy to cam chat then meet |

hi _obblybits i don't care how xxx rated my pics are just so long as my face isn't in it likewise when i do send a face pic on hotmail i don,t send playing pics with the same e-mail that just what i,m comfortable with some very good comments have been left on this thead, what gets me is thare are a**holes out there who can't respect other peoples wishes then try and get on moral "high horse" |

You can have pics on here which are totally private unless you choose to send them along with a message. I have some that I only send to a select few. It means you have the best of both worlds. No face pics visible on your profile but you can still send them to those you are corresponding with or sending a message to. No one can ever access those pics, they are not visible in any of your galleries. Check your 'manage photos' section. |

we wouldn't meet another couple unless we'd seen pics of their faces first. if you're shy put on clothed pics, if not put on nude ones. why should you be shy about being nude, having sex or swinging? if you are shy, you are playing the puritans game and letting them dictate how you live your lives. there are too many religious maniacs around saying sex is shameful or bad. it's these people who have got problems, not people who enjoy sex! |

i originally didn't have a face shot open to public viewing, and got knocked back so many times with the " no pic no reply" line that in the end just to get a responce it became neccesary to have an open face shot on the profile,yet again it's looking like double standards are creeping into the site and thats just so unfair on those of us who are genuinely here to find others to enjoy |

I wasn't being serious, I used the smilteys in hope it would be clear.
as I have expressed on so many subjects, be it profiles, choice in meets or how anyone posts in the forum, choice is choice and there for everyone to select from.
not everyone will get on, and this choice things helps us to decide who we most like.
so simply, allow everyone top do their own thing (within the rules of course), be that showing/hiding pics of any sort, moaning/pretentious or joke posts, etc etc, everyone will have their ideals and will select accordingly. |

i dont have face pics on here i keep them for msn once i trust someone enough or have enough interest to meet them! one guy on here threatned to post my pics around my home town i could have lost everythin if he did. discretion is important to some of us and i dont want the world and its dog knowin my business especially journalists etc. the genuine people have built up trust with each other through chat forums meets etc x |

we had face pics once on another site and some idiot thought it would be fun to post them where we live so no more face pics and they wer into the scene lots more than us infact they introducud us to it but the other half did nt fancy the male so didnt play so i dont think face pics are nes on here or any other site and for those who dont like it tough luck |

The thing is... yeah we all have choices... choices about whay photos we use, choices about what we show or don't show... but some people seem to think single guys should have fewer choices than they do.
The reality is some people get lazy and expect it all there ready for them to see.... I'm quite often guilty of that. I don't wish to waste my time ping-ponging around just to get a face pic. It doesn't have to be on public display - private gallery or attached to a message is fine. I just don't want to be adding people to my msn every 5 minutes just to initially get an idea of what they look like.
I explain my preferences (re face pics) to people and if they can't provide one I send a "no thanks" and move on.
Sadly some people forget it is your choice and get the arse when men don't grovel and bend over backwards.

I have to say from my experience on here people always seem to expect pics to be sent. My personal view is that until i know who I'm talking to is genuine I won't send any. I have in the past and then they disappear off site. I always provide phone number when talking to people but they seem put out that I won't send a pic. Not come across this before and have to say getting frustrated with this site. Are there any genuine folks out there?  |
