I guess this topic will have been posted before but as I am fairly new to swinging I am going to raise this as a frustration.
I know you sexy females and couples will need to filter your messages somehow or else it will get unmanageable. However I get seriously frustrated by set age ranges which don’t allow me any way to communicate with people I think will be interested in me.
I am somewhat younger in appearance and outlook than my years would suggest. I know that my age is not a problem for some through meets with younger couples. In fact my experience is a positive in most respects.
So this is a plea to allow at least us more mature guys a chance to message/ wink even though you set a preferred age range. It’s hard enough to get responses as a single guy in here as it is, due to the gender imbalance so please couples and ladies give us more mature guys a chance at messaging with you.

How old someone looks doesn’t determine my age range criteria. And no I’m unlikely to loosen my age filters just because someone wants to meet someone younger (or older) than themselves! |

It's almost like you do not realise that you can soft set or hard set the age filters. That meaning you can wink and message.and the age is a guideline (and youll get a warning message about being out of their age range but thats it) OR you can hard set them an no one outside of your preffered age can message or wink.
Those people made a choice and they have no interest in your age group/ gender or whatever. Its as simple as that. Your frustrations are irrelevant I'm afraid. Respect their choices and leave it at that. |

There is someone on here I used to work with who I can't contact due to being 5 years younger than she wants. Gutted as got good vibes. Can't change people's preference and to be fair I think alot of women are bombarded with things they don't want so fair play to them |

I turn 60 next year. I have noticed a lot of folk have age limits of (say) 35 to 60. I get it. I have limits too....but I would prefer a more dynamic range, such as plus or minus 10 years..... but hey, can't always get what you want! One thing I have noticed is a fair amount of contact from lythe young things looking for an older man, who have new accounts, 1 pic and seem eager.......hmmmmmmmm. |

If that was the case people would just reduce the age by ten years! People should just accept that others have age preferences! |

But why should people compromise their personal choices/preferences to allow messages from anyone who they don't have an interest in? It doesn't make any sense.

I use filters op because it reduces the mail from those I don't want to meet .
I wouldn't suddenly drop them because someone expects me to .
If you look younger and are happy in clubs maybe keep on at that where age won't be as much as an issue. |
