"Where are you all, would love to be with one sure they would show me how it's done"

There was supposed to be one on Dartmoor, or was that a black panther?

The cougar (Puma concolor) is a large cat native to the Americas. Its range spans from the Canadian Yukon to the southern Andes in South America and is the most widespread of any large wild terrestrial mammal in the Western Hemisphere. It is an adaptable, generalist species, occurring in most American habitat types. Due to its wide range, it has many names, including puma, mountain lion, catamount and panther.

"There was the Beast of Bodmin Moor many years ago."

Now that would make a good user name for a Cornish Dom. However the highest point of Bodmin Moor is named Brown Willy, which could be a little offputting.

Thanks, but I am not the OP and not looking for a big cat.

I am 60, so for me a cougar would have to be maybe 70 or 80! Although there are a few such on Fab, many in the general population may not have enough of their own dentition to present a serious risk of flesh injury.

No problem. I had my cataracts done this year. Before that I may have tried to catch a big cat inadvertantly!
