Heading to Berlin Thursday 19th and we're thinking of going to Insomnia on our first night.
Anyone been before? Particularly looking to hear from couples who aren't into single guys.

We attended on a Saturday night 3 years ago, it was our first visit to a European club and was a bit of an eye opener.
The dress code was strict and the guy on reception checked us over before allowing us in. It cost €70 entry, that included all drinks.
It was social only until midnight, then there was a brief show. Once that was finished it was pretty much a free for all. There are no private areas and everyone was playing wherever you looked.
It seems the rule is that they'll just start touching you until you say no, rather than asking if you'd like to play. Once we realised that it was fine but a bit of a shock at first.
We didn't play with anyone but it was an interesting experience, we'd go back but also want to try the Kit Kat Club. |

Actually it was 4yrs ago not 3.
I may be wrong and that's not their way, its just that 2 separate guys started touching me without being asked but both stopped when I said no. Maybe it was just a coincidence.
Although if that is their way of doing things then at least we know the dynamic now and would be more prepared next time. |
