Personally prefer a stranger I've gotten to know, less messy, I don't mix my friends in with my swinging unless they were made through swinging.

Not a friend to begin with, because the relationship should start on an intention to become sexual level, and that’s not a friend. But when you meet lovely people and have sex with them, it’s difficult not to become friendly with them!  |

Have experienced a bit of both.
First time I had group sex was with friends and it was natural and no complications.
First time I was in a relationship and my gf, who I was very in love with, had a friend join in. I trusted him.
I think at thus stage in life I'd prefer to do just get to know like minded people outside my normal social circle ... ie. Fab |
