According To all the health professionals I have spoken to the risk is considerably less. To be honest I was told that the risk was little different to taking a cock unprotected in your mouth and not swallowing as there was swallowing. Due to the fact that fluids are released during oral sex anyway

But it's still a pretty high risk. Although unprotected blowjobs carry risks, it's the big nasties (hep/hiv) that are transferred through semen, or a wound in the mouth/throat.
Obviously, having any kind of sex with multiple partners carries risks, but personally I prefer to keep them to a minimum where possible. In an ideal world, where everybody was completely clean, it would be a very different story
