It’s about time something was done with this site. I have used it in and off for years and it used to be great.
Yesterday I was offered money to meet and after having it as a update on my status people think it’s okay to ask me how much it would really take!!
Today I have just been offered cocaine for a meet. We are told to report profiles yet they remain or people just rejoin.
On a certain fish based dating site you have to give your phone number as a verification process. If that number appears a certain amount of times based upon negative feedback you can’t rejoin.
In my opinion it’s about time here did the same thing or otherwise the owners are allowing class A drugs and money to be offered for meets.
It’s not admin, any admin on any site is a hard job and non rewarding at best, but, PLEASE can we make this site safer for all where class As are not peddled on profiles and woman/couples/males/trans are not subjected to the bile that is written by most |

I was offered drugs a couple of weeks ago,reported him and he's still on here .
I don't know what happens when admin review the reports ,but if they can see proof ie in messages can they not remove them ?or block their IP address. |

Totally unacceptable and disrespectful. Would they be the same face to face IE: see a sexy woman in a pub and offer to but a drinks for sex. NO because a kick in the bollocks hurts.

Yep get the messages of couples asking me to bring round drugs, usually at 3am on Friday/Saturday.
Or someone regularly posts about bringing round drugs or booze and you can then do anything to them. |

You’ll probably get a ban for this. For some reason people can say whatever they want in private messages but if you post about it on the forums that’s not allowed. Even if you don’t name them. |

How does the fish site make sure negative feedback is genuine though? Are people just going to write a load of shit about a person because they were turned down or didn't get what they want? How do you police this?

Because the fish site can allow messages or copies of to be included within a report made. |

this would not happen if those women who ask for money gifts drugs booze were not on here you dont have to look fare to see this and then guys see this and then think its ok to offer to all ...
theres one profile that wont meet unless the guy / couple dont get her gift from argos ie she gives them a catuloge number we know this as one guy showed us he brought her a tv for her bedroom costing over £400 to him it was a bargin as he cant get meets unless he pays ..
dont think admin can do alot about it if honest people are crafty or do a new profile daily ... fab dont use ip registry software so cant ban ip hence those rejoining ,.... the only thing people can do is report block move on
the simple truth is men and women will pay for sex and it will only get worse as winter comes i have nothing againts that but dont do it on a swingers site |

I agree with you OP. I think it's way past time Fab got an overhaul.
Aside from all the dodgy crap with drugs and people offering money, you've got all these fakes and cat fishers etc etc.
Adding a phone number that has to be verified at registration, charging a small "joining fee" of say £5 with 2 months premium membership added to it and requiring photo verification before updates or messages can be posted would cut a lot of the crap out.
Sure, it'll upset some people and it wont even filter out all the fakes but it will stop a percentage from being here when they're not swingers. If it costs money to join at least, you'll get a better level of behaviour. We've used Fab a long time and honestly, it just isnt what it once was. Smart phones where not a "big" thing when the site started )or even what they are like now) and they've changed.
Even now, theres a debate if its a swingers site or a sex site. It's both now but it was originally targeted at swingers.
The issue is that the site is free and it's just to easy to abuse. And as long as it remains free, that will continue.

I am sorry but I disagree. If you wish to meet someone based upon the fact they are asking for money in advance and that is made clear then that’s up to the individual.
To offer money to someone not asking. To agree to supply class A drugs to someone who is not asking is not okay.
If you saw someone in a club or bar or wherever that you liked would your first question be “do you want some cocaine” or “£500 to fuck you”. I seriously hope not

Well thats fair. It is a different thing to different people.
But when I say swinger, I mean it as a catch all. Someone who enjoys sex for fun. Be it a couple or single and whatever they are looking for.
What I dont consider a swinger is someone asking for money or drugs for sex. We all know what that is called.

Fab is run to make a "Profit" for it's owners ?? and so once that is introduced to the equation ? and they make money out of "Males" because some but not all do honestly believe this is a cheap and easy way to get their throbbing hard engorged tackle wet and to empty their full to brimming over scrotums drained ?,so the most basics of things like respect,manners and any kind of social skills is shirley not needed ?? and if you fail in your endeavour to get any action it's the quite logical step to offer inducements of any kind to get some action ? and it is sometimes just a race to the bottom both on here and in the much wider world that exists outside the parameter's of Fab ...Profit above all else will always lead to situations like this ?? and they'll get bored and move onto another site and do the same old tired thing there and repeat it over and over and over again in a quite desperate bid to get and as Mrs4 ( Anne) happily points out that Some are put here JUST to prove Darwin wrong ?? or that a Brain shouldn't ever be a optional extra but with some it is more than obvious it is .  |
