If you go to the christmas party, you'll probably end up pished, make a tit of yourself (and there will be some there who don't drink and will remember every damned thing people do wrong) and get up the following day with a hangover from hell. 
If you go to Chams, there's a chance you'll find someone sexy to play with.... and at the very least will find like-minded people to chat with and be able to chill out in the jacuzzi 
I'm guessing as you asked the question, you've already decided there's a better option to the works christmas do....

Ha ha we have the same dilemma and have chosen to go to Libs instead!! Work dos are full of far too much drama and at least you don't have to worry about what the boss thinks! |

It's a bit far from MK in a taxi, so would not be able to drink at the party so nothing to blame it on  |

i stopped attending works parties because people drink to much and do not know the limit.
they think because they work with you they can abuse you and treat you like crap after a few drinks.
last one i sorted out was a managing director. he fell down hard.
