I got the largest one I could find which is a 50mm ring, that part isn't the problem and a 3.75inch cage.

the idea of the cage is it need to be slightly tight but not unconfortable when soft, this prevent an erection.
there is big cages around (angels and sinners have some on display if this is close to you) if not custom fit but it will cost a lot for an experiment.

Have recently bought a cage for myself (only one for a little fella though). I really struggled with the 50mm back ring initially but I do seem to have mastered it now.
We were due to have a meet last night - the cage was scheduled to make its debut - but our meet had to postpone but Rachel and I still played our night and I spent a fair bit of time in the cage (even took a couple of pics).
