With different bars.
The initial bars,are generally too lo g,to allow for swelling.
You can then put different balls on the end,
Nipple cages etc.  |

I've had mine done about 20 years
I couldn't imagine my breasts without them
Changing the bars gets easier over time although the novelty has worn off from mine so I haven't changed them for years |

I make sure to push out the old bar with the new, feels squeemish but it’s better than digging around trying to find the hole
But mine are in for so long now I don’t really change them and stopped looking for nice pretty jewellery because most is very samey |
