"I think what the London kink scene needs is less events with Klub Verboten's elitism. " I don't think KV really has elitism, or at least I've not experienced it personally, I also kind of like the vetted members only deal. But at the same time, its also why I'm seeking out some more variety and just less strict overall. And its worth noting the only reason I didn't want TG suggested is because I feel like its just a bit of a circus now, and a place to be seen rather than a place to just be and have fun. Also Imaginarium sounds cool, just googled it but cant find anything, are they on Instagram or Facebook?

" I think imaginarium are on both, it's not an event I bother with as it's not my music taste but I have a lot of friends that love it. Personally I think TG has always had that element of being scene and posey bit but sure that's a bad thing? KV have a lot of negative comments following incidents at a few events where experienced kinksters with several years on the scene and who'd been vetted and approved were turned away with no reason. Their vetting process appears to have an age element to it which would be fine if they were upfront about it. I think their model works for them as a club and their demographic but seeing them demand knock inclusive venues recently has amused a LOT of people given they are not an inclusive environment themselves. They market themselves exceptionally well though. Unconnected to clubs you have a lot of munch options in London, might be worth going to them particularly the U35 if you don't already as though they aren't play or club events you'll meet a lot of people who do go to those events and may have more valid suggestions than me!
