Has anyone come across some great self catering accommodation in the North and Midlands that is of a good standard, hot tub, not overlooked but close to pubs/restaurants etc?

Really its just as easy to pick a hotel that offers a breakfast in a morning.

plus it gives you more options anyway than just self catering places.
