I work nights and a few older women flirt with me and I don't know how to approach it further due them being married ? Just seeing if anyone been in a similar situation ?

Flirting is one thing, it doesn't mean they want a shag. If you fancy one and think it is reciprocated maybe you could ask if they want to go out for a drink sometime.

Their age doesn't make much difference. I have to say though that I used to be very careful to treat my male colleagues in a way that didn't send them mixed or confusing messages particularly the younger ones who might not always understand the rules of engagement.
