Unfortunately the system just registered they had a public photo, it flags the account then when removed or hidden it still shows on the system as having one. |

"If I put on my message filters, no profiles without a public photo. Why do I keep getting profiles with no photos messaging me? "

"Like others have said, they switch a picture back and forth to public to bypass the filter.
Funniest thing is that they always deny it when you rumble them."
What gets me about that is if they are slippery enough to want to do that, then they are obviously of such character that you wouldn't want to meet then anyway!!! |

I get why people are a bit iffy talking to a faceless person.
However, speaking for myself here, some people have sensative jobs where they may not wish to show there face to anybody looking. Hope this makes sense |

I don't think the debate is specifically about face pictures but not having any pictures in general. |

We used to think it was that they made a pic public, sent the message, then made the pic private again. But having accused people of this and then spoken to other people, it's generally simply a case of the filter being broken. If someone has ever had a public pic then they can pass that filter even if they currently have no pics.
It really, really needs to be fixed.

Exactly this. Too many sketchy people lurk on this website. Instant block and move on.
