There's not much you can do to calm your nerves other than walking in the door (certainly don't use drink for nerves). A member of staff will show you around and explain the rules. Have a walk around and say hello to people, some will be happy to chat some not so much. |

As a couple we still find it tricky. Despite a few club visits. If they have an open area like a hot tub that cab be easier we found too. Depending on club |
