Huge fan and something I've been lucky enough to develop/improve over time, not having big hands I've found helps, eases things along nicely. There's a few subtle, gentle stretching techniques that I use that help along the way before the whole hand goes in but I'm keeping those little know hows for the playmates  |

It never ceases to amaze me why people who start threads on this subject don't title them:
"If you like fisting, put your hand up"
