As another poster has put - one guy lying on his back - lady mounts him and leans forward onto him and other guy climbs in behind and penetrates her at same time - think the standard porn "DP" position but both vaginally penetrating. Agree with the other posters, woman in cowgirl position and the second man in doggy behind. Sounds easier than it actually is but when both guys are in it's great for all. The doggy guy is the only one who can thrust but that doesn't mean he's the first to cum!
