apparently alot of people here must go the gym as they seem to like DOMS

..... terrible joke i know... i genuinely only just put the two together after all these years.. and i found it funny.. lol

Only came across the lingo couple of years ago. Doms are a killer especially if you are not an avide excerise junky..

It's one of the top reasons why people last a couple of weeks at the gym...
