There's certainly a difference in the fat distribution and the angle of acetabulum.

Whilst no two partners are the same, there is definitely a difference when you are fucking a guy. Guys usualy have less trouble accommodating my girth, even virgin guys are easier to penetrate. Also, in general guys seem to get more pleasure from getting arsefucked. They tend to orgasm more quickly and a lot more intensely from anal than most women.
