I don't believe women go out publicly wearing a hotwife anklet . A normal one on the left side or whatever shit someone made up yes . But I've never seen anyone with hot wife one on . Also I do wonder sometimes if a women wears one if she's a older lady automatically comes to mind "is she a swinger" |

A plain anklet indicating they're available is a myth, I'm thinking there may be some confusion in this post though.

I think most here are talking of not just the anklet but with the additional charms, the letters HW, or the word hotwife, sometimes a singular female symbol and two male symbols. |

Anne wears a plain one. It's a little chunkier than normal as she clearly wants to advertise to guys. Not been approached but would love to be.
Not all women are swingers who wear one but we like that some at least are. I get hard when I see a woman wearing one knowing that she might be advertising that she wants sex from other men.

I am now focussing on ankles as a result of this great thread. Usually see one or two during a trip into town. Sometimes small charms have been added to the chain but without getting down on all fours it is commonly difficult to make them out. As noted by other contributors, it is great to let the imagination wander. |

I would consider myself a unicorn  so HW wouldn’t apply to me. I wear a real silver one. It has three chain. It may not saying about me but I think women who wear one and display their legs like I do certainly do to draw attention |
