I think they can look really cute! An ex girlfriend wore one and I don't know why but it would drive me wild. Since then I've always liked them.
I don't think they'd suit me so I'd never wear one but they look very hot on some women. |

I love them.
And I'll tell you why some of you find it hard to explain.
