What makes you feel old, or realise your age?
For me today it was visiting and old family home for the first time in 33 years and realising how much time has passed since I walked through the front door. |

Oh… yeah… I seem to be really taking stock at how my body looks the last few weeks. Once I’ve sorted the diet I’ll attempt getting rid of the cigarettes, that should help |

A month ago I was in a bouncy mood and decided to run up the stairs in a hotel two steps at a time.. ..mistake!
I just about did it. But it was even slower than walking up. Note to self. ...I'm old . |

Just about everything already mentioned. I will also add, remembering the excitement in the family of upgrading from a B&W TV to one of those huge posh colour jobs. It was big but in reality probably only had a 15" viewing screen. And the delight of being able to watch all 3 channels in glorious colour, well until the stations shut down at 12 |

I do not feel 'old' because I have looked after myself very carefully for decades, exercise regularly, have a healthy libido, and most important of all, I belong to a swingers group!
Furthermore, I recently officially became a pensioner which means I do not have to do paid work, and I can pursue my many interests, including swinging. Life is good! |

I was shopping with my teen daughter earlier this week and "you're gorgeous" by baby bird came on in the shop we were in, I was singing along, at the checkout teen says "Mum, I've never heard this song before and you know all the words, is it really old then?"
