So who here is a fan of beards and / or hairy chests?
Believe it or not, I once had someone tell me they would not meet me unless I shaved off my hairy chest & and trimmed my beard to stubble. However I am proud of my hairy chest & facial hair; so I point-blank refused! Actually made me feel a little sad and offended at the time.
I was just wondering peoples views are - Has anyone ever requested someone remove their hairy chest or beard before meeting them / had it requested?! |

Personally I'd rather someone be their true self and anyone requesting them to change needs to give their head a serious wobble.
Beards are manly and sexy always! |

Yeah I couldn’t believe it when she asked - like it was her condition to meet.
We were chatting along finely and then i get that ‘demand’ - like seriously?!

Anybody requesting you change who you are is a twat. I love my beard. I'm not massively hairy elsewhere but I even like it when I forget to get it trimmed and it goes full wildman.

I prefer clean shaven if I'm honest. Someone once offered to shave off their beard to meet me, I didn't ask.
I also once met a man with a very hairy back. It was different.
I wouldn't expect anyone to change who they are just to meet me. Be yourself. There's someone for everyone. |

I'd happily shave my beard to stubble for someone. I grow my beard long then trim short constantly, back and to, so it makes no odds to me. Same with my chest hair, I grow it then I trim that right down if and when I'm in the mood. So either or, makes no odds to me as I'm constantly fucking around with it anyway. |

I have had a short beard on and off for the last 2 years and I quite like it. Body hair wise I shave it all off or have it trimmed.
Annoying though. I'm like a damn werewolf. |

I grew a beard to match my chest!! I also have a hairy back which I have a complex about. I hate taking my shirt off. I know it can be waxed but I'm even embarrassed to go get it done.
Growing the beard helped as it attracted women who find it attractive. |

I have a neat, trimmed beard.
I seem to see a lot of profiles on here that specify men with no facial hair, which is completely fine, everyone has their own tastes. But from my own experience it looks like men with beards aren’t as popular on here. |

I prefer both a beard and a hairy chest.
Everyone has their preferences but anyone who tells you to change something and makes it a condition of meeting is in the wrong. Just pick someone who actually ticks your boxes! |

I like both! Don’t have a preference either way although do like them both to look well kept - not necessarily short, but just well looked after. My husband has a beard but shaves his chest chair. |

I have a beard and hairy chest - Mrs EK was serioisly unimpressed when I shaved my beard last time, so it's being kept at its currently level indefinitely!! As for my chest, I would look ridiculous if it had no hair - again, its here to stay till I die.
