Do you mean people shouldn't voice differing opinions in that case I disagree because it is good to see others points of view.
Rudeness and demeaning others is a great way to see who to avoid on here. It's better than fake niceness and then the exact same people back stabbing the same people who they have acted all nice to on here in the background . Some on here are great at having a fake pubic persona
Personally I prefer to see people's real personality so I can avoid those I don't want to interact with.

"The Forum would be such a nicer space if we all tried to follow this mantra.
Hope everyone’s Sunday is going well "
No it wouldn't. False niceness is far worse and more harmful than any truth no matter how brutal.

The truth is rarely brutal save for when it falls on the deafness of ignorance |

The truth is oft brutal and deemed harmful by the maligned individual.

It feeds into the whole 'be kind' movement?... Which yes, is a lovely ideal. But in reality most folk just roll it out to shut down other folk if they disagree with their opinion... So still basically being bitchy but under a socially acceptable 'cloak' to be a dick towards others |

I see we all woke up and chose violence
Was only saying it’s nice to be nice.
Nothing about not having healthy debate or a difference of opinion or fake niceness or anything like that… Jheeze Louise
There’s times where people genuinely have a serious issue that they want to discuss in the Forum, and it either gets hijacked or it turns into a dick swinging competition and whatever the female equivalent is to that is.
Just saying but like everyone has clearly stated above. Forget everyone’s feelings and just do and say what you want regardless if it’s nice or not. |

It's the naughty devil that sometimes forces the odd out of place insensitive quip.
Mostly it's just bad day transference and we all know sometimes making someone feel bad can feel good and restart your day. Weird.
Sometimes you've got to be the Harold Shipman and help out. |

It's nice to be nice.
It's also nice to actually be nice rather than just paying lip service.
Nice is subjective and can sometimes be just a kick in the arse away from being sychophantic which is not a nice attribute.

"Sometimes you just can't resist bludgeoning an idiot even if it's a ban
The red fog comes down and I'm am blind to my rage. Its only the sticky feel of their blood on my shoes I can't stand. "
