I used to be a shy girl before I entered the swinging world. Being on fab has built my confidence tremendously. This has helped in all areas of my life. Has fab helped you in the outside world ? |

Good to read this OP.
For me, it hasn't helped with my confidence as such but certainly made me a lot more understanding of people's life choices. I've had some brilliant discussions which has really opened up what was previously an ill educated and opinionated mind....I have no problem admitting it either. Thank you fab and all its followers  |

Good to read this OP.

Definitely helped we wouldn’t ever imagine walking on a nudest beech
Naked or walking around Venus star completely naked in front of a large crowd
Seems the normal thing to do now!

Fab? God no it can be just as ruthless as Facebook with nastiness and judgment.
But swinging itself most definitely.
Before swinging I'd be scared of people seeing me naked, I'd rarely change on a beach on fear of someone seeing me now I'm less bothered.
It also boosted my confidence as before I always had a low opinion of myself, over the years I'm amazed at how many hot women have willingly swung with me be it soft or full swap, that has calmed down in recent years but I have been doing it for 15+ years.
Lastly is it wasn't for fab and swinging in general I would still be a single guy I now have an amazing wife who love swinging as much as me and we now have 2 beautiful sons. |

Absolutely yes! It’s the surprising friendships that have added to my life and meeting other women who are as open minded as me. It’s liberating. Trying new things can be nerve racking but, it does build confidence. I hope Fab has been more of a positive experience for you all, than a negative one. Xx |

Fab can be both confidence boosting and anyhilating at the same time. It certainly either strengthens your resolve or sends you into a downward spiral.
I'm pleased for people who have grown in confidence. It's all part of the rich tapestry of life. |

I was always confident in my intellectual abilities, but not so much with my body. That's changed. I like people looking at me in real life and on here, and I'm a much more sexually confident person. Looks and shape are only part of the package, and it's liberating to feel at ease in your skin. And I also have had great times with people who I wouldn't traditionally have been attracted to, too.
I want to grab my young-teen nieces and give them this life lesson, but in a PG way!

Both of us have never been massively confident with our bodies and looks. We even state in our bio, we're average looking. However, fab has certainly increased our confidence but it was clubs that did the trick. We know know we're not everyone's cup of tea but we're certainly not mingers. All thanks to fab and clubbing |

I think it can be healthy and unhealthy with regards to esteem.
If you have body issues (I think all of us compare ourselves to others), it can be liberating. We are all different shapes and sizes but at the same time all human beings.
There is probably an addictive element to it. We all need to be careful also as there are some not very nice people out there, and always play safe. |

I wouldn't say helped my confidence, it's opened my eyes a little. I never considered my height being an issue but it is for some on here but suppose that's because we're communicating in written form, I've never been told that to my face so wasn't ever aware. And that my skin colour is a factor on here for a multitude of reasons but mainly positive.
The one thing though is the forums, they give you an insight into other peoples thougts, likes, interpretations which I do feel gives me a more balanced and considered outlook, I take this into everyday interactions, that's the one thing I have taken positively from here.

I’ve always been cheeky, flirty, outgoing and chatty, and Fab has helped me meet likeminded people for more of the sexy stuff 
As far as self-confidence goes though, Fab steered me towards swinger clubs, and in no other aspect of my life, has my confidence been (as a poster said above), annihilated so comprehensively. But hey-ho, we live and learn |

100% agree, it's really boosted mh non existent confidence, infact I was pretty much a fulltime hermit for many years until we signed up to this, but since joining i've got myself a new job, I can chat away to anyone again, our friendship cirlcle has grown, i've lost weight and our marriage has massively improved too, fab gave us that spark back.  |
