Whenever I use my dildo in my pussy; it’s incredibly painful. Penetration is painful anyway but because I’m using my dildo I’d assume it wouldn’t be as painful as I’m in control? Am I doing something wrong?
Do I need to try a different position? |

"If it’s painful hun maybe you should ask advice from your gp to be safe and sure all is okay."
Unfortunately I did and apparently there’s nothing wrong I had transvaginal scans and ultrasounds and a smear etc and apparently they can’t find anything |

Sex should only be painful through choice. Otherwise it is certainly sensible to see professional help.

This is apparently not uncommon, especially in post menopausal women, or as a result of other health issues.
Speak to your GP practice, some have specialists in certain areas. Mine has a nurse practitioner who specialises in womens health issues and she's great.

Get in a comfy position and use lube. Watch porn or turn yourself on with your imagination. Don't place it all the way in, maybe just a few inches to see if it's painful or not.
If the doctor says everything is normal, I've heard of women 'training' themselves to relax as much as possible so the vagina can be stretched with toys so it makes sex less painful. Maybe try a small dildo?
