Hey Everyone,
Just wondered if anyone else has this problem? We are looking to only meet couples! You read a profile and think great, they're pretty much the same as us  you then look at the pic's and there are loads of the Women looking really hot but none of the Man. You ask if there are any pics of both, and when you get sent them he looks like Shrek!!! Lol . We know its not all about looks but there does need to be an attraction!! |

mind you someone can have a stonking body and face like a bag of bullets.. it does sound a tad shallow but at the end of the day everyones got to like each other - though have to say, personality does count a lot in this business.

I really like this post, i always wonder when i read profiles who decides that they are a hot couple? what makes them a hot couple? What say makes the op a hot couple?

I'd say we fall into that category, which is why we post pics of me on our profile.
That way people can make up their minds before contacting us,rather than asking us for a pic and then us getting the knock back when we've sent one.

As a more 'mature' couple, interest in the bandying about of the word 'attraction' in all of this. Had this conversation with our meet on Saturday, and have had similar with others going back ages.
For us, it's NOT about attraction - but it IS about a CONNECTION. Maybe we are the kind of people who find what is going on in someones naughty little mind is every bit as appealing (nearly said attractive then! Lol!) as how they look...?
Just find it interesting, the comparison of words we all use to describe how we decide if another person or couple is someone we'd like to play with...
As for the photos of the guy being a let down, we do show one of me (in our public gallery in the midst of coitus - headless admittedly, but it IS me...) and have no worries about doing so. I've come across very few couples in the whole of my life who I could say that both of them are equally as 'attractive'.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, what you find looks like "shrek" may be anothers idea of greek god. I have met many attractive on the outside women, but no sexual feelings whatsoever because they are either thick as planks, chav's or snobbish. Being serious for a mo, I do have to insist with couples if there is no genuine shots of the guy on either the public or private pics, for one of the fella clearly showing his body (and thus, his build). Perky had a serious back operation some years ago, and we didn't think this would be a problem in swinging until we met one couple earlier this year. The guy was built like a barrel and actually hurt her in the process of giving her a good seeing to (and it wasn't that good to be truthful either) and unfortunately we fell out with them over it.
Since then I have asked every one who has shown an interest in meeting, and some we have had to decline for that reason. I think that in all but one case, there were no pics of the guy on their profile and it was often like getting blood out of the proverbial stone to get them provide one....

Eaxctly - I'd more time and a lot more respect for people if they were upfront and honest about themselves. Okay, it may turn out that they are not for us, and vice versa, but purely from our own point of view, we would sooner know earlier that someone doesn't like the look of us and just move on, rather than try to hide the fact and come over as desperate to get a meet at any cost, which may well turn bad as a result.

My ex husband really did look like Shrek and that's what I used to call him. Kinda backfired though when he started calling me princess Fiona!
I get messages from guys who class themselves as good looking and I often think yak, who told you that but their veris invariably describe them as hot, sexy, etc. I describe myself as attractive but I'm sure there are plenty of people who would think differently. I think that people tend to be more specific when looking for men than they do with women.
The criteria is often based far more on the physical than anything else.
Also, a mans look is often very 'naked' and isn't dressed up by make up, hairstyles and outfits, so it is easier to see them at face value.
That said, walk round any City Centre and you will see more people that you find unattractive than those you find attractive.
Why should here be any different ? |

We all have differing tastes in what we find attractive/unattractive, physically. That's what makes us all different, that's why a site like this is like a shopping channel! We have no problem with not being to everyones taste physically, you can't please all the people all the time, that's just life. For us, the profile content, written, is a good indicator about whether we think we would like to swap photos. At that point we would message with face pics. We have been politely declined as well as had interest, and we respect that people have the choice of whether we are pleasing on the eye. It is about connection as well as attraction, but maybe that's just us! |

We've had messages from couples where the female looks great, when we ask for a pic of the male and get unpleasantly surprised, how do you reply?
Maybe that makes us vain, but we're quite particular in what we're looking for and have it on our profile. Saves people wasting theirs and our time. |

The thing that we find hard when looking for couples is a large gap in age between the man and woman.
Hard to sort of find a common ground for attractiveness for all involved. |

You will always get mismatched couples, couples that are both stunning, couples that are both ugly and couples with one of each. Its just a matter of contacting people till you find some you like that or go to clubs where you instantly get to see both half's. |
